*Chairs are $5.00 each to rent

*The rental period is based on a 48-72 hour period and if the items are needed for longer or shorter please contact us. 

*A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to keep a rental reservation. Due to Covid-19 restrictions ever changing if a rental is cancelled due to these restrictions the deposit will be refunded. 

*Each reservation is unique so please call or e-mail for a quote. 

*Rental items are charged for time out, not for use. No refunds are given for items that were not used during your event.

*A damage deposit of $150.00 is required. If all items are returned undamaged besides normal wear and tear, the damage deposit will be fully refunded. If some equipment is damaged the appropriate amount will be taken out and the rest of the deposit returned. If more equipment is damaged than covered by the deposit a charge to the credit card on file will be made.  

*Late returns of rentals will be charged a fee of an extra $2.00 per chair per day. If you are not able to return them on time please inform Classic Rentals SK and a note will be made on your account. If the items are required for another order, arrangements will be made to pick up the items at the cost of a one-way pick up fee to the customer.

Delivery/Pick up 

*We will do delivery in and out of town for an additional charge

*Cost of delivery out of town will be determined by mileage both ways. 

*Delivery rates vary depending on location, time, size of order, and labor requirements. 

*A delivery fee does not include set-up. 

*A responsible party must be at the location and give a signature for the chairs to be left at the location. 

*The rental must be paid in full before the items can be picked up or left at delivery. 

*The chairs must be returned to carts properly and ready for pick up when scheduled or additional charges will be applied. 

*Either you or someone else can pick up your order. If it's someone else they need to know the name the order is booked under and settle any remaining balance owing on the account. 

*When picking up you are responsible for any and all damage that may occur during transportation to and from your event site. 

*Equipment not ready for pick-up when suppose to be, will be charged $50.00/hr labor fee to gather equipment.

Set-up

*We will set-up and take down the chairs for an additional fee. 

*A diagram of chair arrangement must be supplied prior to arrival in order to ensure proper set-up. 

*Someone must be at the location to ensure set-up and proper placement.

Cancellations

*All reductions in numbers or cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your event; any within the 14 days will be subject to a cancellation fee. 

*If you cancel your entire reservation you will forfeit your initial 50% reservation fee.
